Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

My refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable art

Some of my prints are drop shipped – Please do not send your purchase back to the printer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. You have 3 days after receiving the art to inform me that it was damaged. If you have a damaged print please text a photo of it to me at 712-898-8987. I will send you a new print, you can toss the damaged one. If it’s original artwork that was damaged you will need to send it back to me to get a refund. Or in the case of scratches or broken frames, etc, I may be able to repair it and send it back to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You will be refunded for the amount you initially paid when purchasing.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
